Observed lids on pots in walk in cooler with food stains. Clean on regular basis.All equipment must be wiped down and cleaned on regular basis. -Remove and clean all clothes on shelves which are dirty. -Wipe and clean all tables and organize cook line area. -All stoves in need of cleaning. The above violations must be correct by 12/7/15.

    Flavors of India restaurant; permit #F130437 operates inside Quality Inn located at 1885 S. Virginia St.; in Reno. The restaurant serves breakfast from 6 AM - 9 AM to hotel guests only. At the time of site visit. No food was observed cooking or being served. Breakfast food is served such as pancakes; sausage and eggs. Evidence of scrambled eggs and sausage observed in 2 door cold holding unit and cold holding temps. checked okay and within regulations. Health permit posted on-site.This inspection is a result of a notice that the Quality Inn was serving breakfast without a valid health permit. The Flavors of India permitted restaurant is operting within the scope of its permit.
