General Comments that relate to this Inspection Other items noted on the routine inspcetion conducted on 2/2/2016 have been corrected.Just need more detailed cleaning of floor behind cie machine.Remove the hot holding case that's not in use stored next to ice machine soon.Re-grout floor tiles in front of sink where tile grouting is low to prevent water pooling. Clean top of dollie for wash tub to keep clean and free of standing water.

[1] Wiping clothes: clean; use restricted No chlorine registered in sanitzer bucket with wiping cloths; sanitizer was cloudy. Replace sanitizer to keep clean and at proper concentration. Sanitizer replaced and made up to 100 ppm clhorine concentration at this time.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit to operate.All refigeration checked at below 41 F.Noted all hand sinks stocked.The following items must be corrected by 9/15/2015:1. Install a splash guard on both sides of counter mounted hand sink at front area. Relocate paper towel dispenser to prevent drippings from hands to fall on blender or other food containers.2. Fix leak on hot water line of front area hand sink; keep hot water shut off valve open.3. Provide missing light shield and end caps on one light tube in display case.Risk category 2 assigned; facility has one Certified Food Protection Mananger on staff full time and already in compliance with this requirement. CFPM obtained WCHD certificate less than one year ago; passed on first attempt.
