No CFPM required; CFPM certificate for Eugene Sanguinetti expired in 2015. Manager Jimmy May took a certification class in 2015 and obtained national certificate. Certificate not kept on site; recommend to keep certificate posted.

Chlorine test strips are available.Noted dumpster enclosure floor to be clean except for light amount of leaves on floor which will be cleaned soon.CFPM certificate expires on 10/29/15; Manager will be taking a certification course within two months.

    Chlorine sanitizer checked at less than 50 ppm concentration in 3-compartment sink. Fresh sanitizer made up and chlorine checked at 100 ppm. Use measure for chlorine when setting up sanitizer and check with test strips to ensure 50 to 100 ppm chlorine concentration.

Enclosure floor noted clean except for some wind blown dry leaves which will be cleaned up shortly.

Ensure that ice maker interior is cleaned and sanitized on regular scheduled basis.

Please post alcohol warning on site or women's bathroom.Please keep all personal artifacts away from food contact areas and surfaces. Discussed taking final cook temps to ensure hot dog reaches temperature of 140 f.Facility using chlorine sanitizer. (Ensure bottle is labeled to prevent misuse). Test strips available.Facility very clean and well kept.
