No violations observed at the time of inspection.OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- Operator was actively offloading a truck at the time of inspection. Warehouse was well organized with food stored away from chemicals and other items. Ensure that the Easter section of candy is stored off the floor as soon as possible.- Restroom was clean and operational.- Several different products were observed on the retail sales floor; all were within sell by dates.- Reviewed last preventative pest control report (1-17-12). Treatment is on a quarterly basis. Last activity reported and treated for was spiders; ants and crickets. No activity observed at the time of inspection.

No violations noted at the time of inspection.OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- When cans are heavily dented or dented at the seams; do not place for sale as the integrity of the can and the interior contents may have been compromised (e.g. can of string beans w/ dent involving the seam of the can - discarded; corrected). Also; do not sell bulging or rusted cans.- All product observed was properly stored at the time of inspection. There were no expired product observed at the time of inspection.- Hot water was available at the restroom hand sink with soap and towels stocked.- There was evidence of active pest prevention. Manager advised that Orkin inspects and treats monthly. Manager was unable to locate log book at time of inspection.
