Grocery store prepares and has a self service coffee station. Coffee pots will need to go through a wash; rinse and sanitize step.Currently; owner is using a one compartment utility sink to wash coffee pots. The grocery store has a floor sink under this one compartment utility sink. Discussed with owner to install a 3-compartment sink. This will allow for the proper wash; rinse and sanitze steps for coffee pots; ice scoop and other food service equipment. Owner is also thinking about serving hot foods such as pizza and hotdogs. This will also require a 3 compartment sink to be indirectly drained to existing floor sink in back of grocery store. A health permit to operate a snackbar will also need to be applied for at the District Health Department located at 1001 E Ninth St.; Reno; Upstairs in building B: environmental health.Owner will be researching for a 3 compartment sink and have one installed within 90 days due to budget restraints.
