Three compartment sink without any sanitizer. Sink must be maintained with 200ppm quat at all times to ensure proper sanitation of glassware. **Violation corrected on site. Operator will hold meeting with bartenders and ensure that all bartenders test sanitizer level at beginning of each shift. Bars will receive additional inspection before end of year to check that policy is being followed**
