All violations from previous inspection have been corrected. - Dishwasher dispensing proper levels of sanitizer @ 50 ppm Chlorine. Current staff states three compartment sink is not being used but previous staff members have told WCHD staff that the three compartment sink is their preferred method of sanitizing dishes. Bev will ensure all staff is properly trained and aware of the two procedures for sanitizing dishes. Sanitizer logs must be kept for both methods of sanitizing until further notice.
