Observed hand sink being utilized as a dump sink. Sink was still stocked with soap and paper towels and being used as a hand sink. Operator will move dump sink down bar to sink behind blender.

Hand sink clean and stocked. Reach in @ 30F. Three compartment sink set up with 200 ppm Quat. Recommend 300 ppm Quat at bars to ensure all dishes are thoroughly sanitized. Ice scoop storage good. *Replace cutting board as it's starting to get worn.
