NOTES; OBSERVATIONS; RECOMMENDATIONS:- Two sets of test strips at the bar had become wet and were no longer accurate. Replace with a new set of test strips and keep in a location that will not become wet.- Tested 100ppm on the quatenary ammonia sanitizer water at the 3-compartment sink. Change out frequently to maintain at least 200ppm concentration or that which is required on the manufacturer's labeled instructions.
