Observed liquor bottles being stored in crates on floor in back room during closed hours. Blender cords were drapped all over bottles and pour spouts. Crates should be stored at least 6" off floor and ensure blender cords are not draped over bottles.

Observed a liquor bottle in consumer ice. Bottle was removed and ice burned and replaced during inspection.

Observed three compartment sink with 0 ppm Quat sanitizer solution. Facility will use Chlorine until dispenser can be repaired. Sink tested @ 100 ppm Chlorine before end of inspection.

Observed ice machine with mold and mildew build up on deflector plate. Machine needs to be cleaned immediately and logs kept of cleaning schedule as staff is not aware of when unit was last cleaned as it's performed by a separate department.

Three compartment sink without any sanitizer. Sink must be maintained with 200ppm quat at all times to ensure proper sanitation of glassware. **Violation corrected on site. Operator will hold meeting with bartenders and ensure that all bartenders test sanitizer level at beginning of each shift. Bars will receive additional inspection before end of year to check that policy is being followed**

There is a buildup of slime mold on the drop chute of the ice machine - Dump the ice; wash; rinse and sanitize prior to refilling. Ensure that the ice machine is cleaned this way on a regular basis to prevent this buildup.

The hot water at the faucet to the 3-compartment sink is not operational. The water has been shut off at the floor valve because the valve at the faucet does not completely stop the flow of water. Repair or replace the facuet.
