    Contact used bleach in 3 compartment sink but did not have bleach test strips. Solution tested at 50-100 ppm Cl. Need bleach test strips to ensure proper sanitization.

    Northern Ice bin is starting to corrode on the bottom and especially around the drain connection. Excessive corrosion with produce a rough surface and decrease cleanability; and may facilitate mold growth especially if there are holes from the drain into the ice bin and the ice.     All use by dates current.Ice bins at front of bar are older style ice bins with cold plates in bottom of units. Facility is using a plastic barrier to store ice off of cold plate. Quat sanitizer recorded at 200 ppm.
