No TCS foods on site.-hand sinks stocked; no bare hand contact policy in place-3 compartment sink and test strips available-food properly stored-chemicals properly labeled and stored-discussed approved sources; lot coding; first in; first out and recall procedures with no issues noted-restrooms clean and stocked-regular pest control by Statewide; no pest issues noted at time of inspection-dumpster area ok-facility is clean and well maintained-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.

Current CFPM expired on 9-20-2014. Facility's CFPM must retake the 16 hour course by an approved Washoe County Instructor. Once test is taken and passed; bring certificate and ID to Washoe County Health District at 1001 E. Ninth Street; Building B; Second Floor to register. Registration for the class must occur by 10/22/2014. Once registration for the class is complete; contact the health inspector with Instructor's name and date class is scheduled to occur. Provided list of improved instructors to facility.

Sponge observed in handsink next to 3 compartment sink. Handsinks should be kept free of all items to facilitate proper handwashing. Sponges are not approved for commercial use - discontinue use of sponges. Corrected on site.

Replace the test strips. Ensure concentration in sink is maintained between 50-100ppm chlorine.- all food stored 6 inches off the ground-all product labeled and dated. Discussed lot numbers and tracking procedures for recalls with no issues noted-Regular pest control by Statewide.
