General Comments that relate to this Inspection No violations observed at the time of inspection.OBSERVATIONS:- Designated areas of storage within the Kerak Shrine kitchen including dry storage and cold holding. Operator has access to cooking equipment and dish washing facilities as well. Observed cooler at 38F and freezer at 0F. All food was properly stored. All cleaning supplies/chemicals were labeled and properly stored. Test strips were available for the proper makeup of chemical sanitizing water. The hand sink was stocked and operational.
