Dishwasher not dispensing sanitizer. Repair unit to dispense 50-100ppm chlorine. **Violation remains uncorrected from 1/6/14. Dishes were observed being washed in unit and mold was observed on dish rack. Unit must be repaired and rack cleaned within 48 hours or reinspection fee will apply. Reviewed three compartment sink set up with opeator. All dishes must be washed; rinsed and sanitized in three compartment sink UNTIL SIGN OFF FROM HEALTH OFFICIAL. **
