Floor and wall in cabinet under sink has been repaired; sink has been recaulked; counter top has been repaired so cracks are sealable and cleanable. Drawer that was missing a face has been repaired and entire area has been deep cleaned.

Observed entire cabinet in back area; especially area under sink; warped and showing severe water damage as well as some mold build up. The exterior of one of the drawers is also missing and bare wood is exposed. Observed counter top in front of sink that has broken in two places with large crackers that are not sealable. Also observed caulking around sink that is dirty and no longer cleanable. This entire cabinent area needs to be repaired or replaced and recaulked where necessary so that all surfaces are smooth and easily cleanable. The item must be addressed by Dec 1st.

Observed mold build up inside ice machine. All food contact surfaces must be clean and free of debris. This unit must be completely clean and sanitized at the end of the business today and then should be cleaned and sanitized routinely.

No violations noted during inspection. Reach in fridge @ 40F. Good ice scoop storage. Ice machine clean. *Remove tape on upper left hand side of ice machine interior and adhere plastic pieces that tape is holding with a more permanent solution. Dishwasher dispensing 100 ppm Chlorine. Chlorine test strips on site. All product dates good. Good food storage throughout facility. Hand sink clean and stocked; Ice bin clean. Recommend using more ice on a routine basis to ensure all product stays 40F as long as possible. Drink garnishes stored on ice.
