Noted hand sinks stocked and functional in snackbar and in restooms.Selling bottled drinks; snow cones and pop corn.Maximum of 5 pizzas are ordered from Pizza Hut only during times of parties for customers. Pizzas are held in hot holding case about 15 minutes before being served; all pizza is served and hot holding case is emptied.Noted dumpster area to be kept clean.

Drain hose was removed from ice crusher. Per manager; machine will be drained directly from drain outlet over the kitchen sink.Dumpster enclosure was cleaned except for teo trash bags that are stuck partially under the dumpster. Manager will cut the bags around edge of dumpster and will deposit in dumpster at this time. When dumpster is picked up; will remove bag portions from under dumspter.

No hand drying towels at the time of inspection. Employees actively preparing food (cotton candy). Ensure that all hand washing stations are stocked with soap and towels at all times during operation.

OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- Pre-packaged food with limited food preparation (cotton candy; popcorn).- Pizzas for parties/groups is currently ordered and brought in from Round Table. Please be advised that there is inadequate facilities available for extended food preparation at this location.- All restrooms were clean; stocked and operational.- Continue to ensure that foods are kept segregated from the chemicals in the dry storage room.

Opening/Certificate of Occupancy:- Menu consists of prepackaged non-potentially hazardous foods only.- Limited food preparation of popcorn and cotton candy. Both machines are cleaned in place. Popcorn will be scooped with a disposable scoop (bag or box - food grade) as there are no adequate facilities (3-comp. sink plumbed indirect to sewer) for warewashing activities.OK TO ISSUE PERMIT TO OPERATE W/ CONDITIONS LISTEDIn the event you wish to expand your menu please contact the WCHD prior to expansion and to discuss requirements.
