Notes:-hand sink stocked-do institute a no bare hand contact policy for ready to eat foods (lime/orange slices). Provide tongs or other method to ensure no bare hand contact.-no time/temperature controlled for safety foods on site-3 compartment sink available - measured at 50ppm chlorine; test strips available-no sanitizer bucket set up at time of inspection; set up sanitizer buckets with 50-100ppm chlorine and change often enough to maintain sanitizer concentration. Store wiping cloths in sanitizer between uses to prevent bacterial growth. -food stored properly-chemicals labeled and properly stored-ice machine clean; scoop ok-restrooms clean and stocked-no pest issues noted at time of inspection-general cleanliness ok-dumpster ok-provided alcohol advisory; do post in conspicuous place. Per operator it was hung in women's restrooms but appears to have been recently removed. -discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.

110) Employees must eat or smoke in designated areas away from all food operations. Bartender was seen smoking while making and serving drinks.110) All employees must wash hands with soap and water and dry hands with disposable paper towels. Bartender admitted he doesn't wash hands after taking money and clearing dirty glassware. Bartender is certain that bartenders never wash their hands between these operations.Also noted dog curled nup on a blanket on the bar. Bars ae sonsidered food establisments--animals are to be kept out.Discussed all issues with bartender. Dog to stay home after today. Other issues discussed although bartender did not agree to correct them.
