Facility must ensure these items are returned to the supplier and all items are labeled properly at all times. Unlabled items required to be pulled from fridge during inspection until Core Mark can return. This item will be reinspected in 7 days and repeat occurences may result in these items not being allowed to be sold. Observed reach in freezer where condensor unit continues to drip water onto shelves below and refreezing. This freezer needs to be repaired and all ice from condensor removed. This item will be reinspected in 7 days. Food is being protected from contamination Observed Helados de Mexico ice cream freezer that has been defrosted but many of the items appear to have melted and refrozen. Unit was taped off during inspection and company contacted as these items are potentially hazardous. This item will be reinspected in 7 days. Observed condensor unit right inside door of walk in fridge iced up and ice is dripping down onto food and drinks. Repair this unit so it does not ice up and drip on food. This item will be reinspected in 7 days. All food and drinks must be protected from contamination until unit is repaired.

    Today's inspection prompted by a complaint of expired food (as much as 5 months) in grocery store. A few items found in walk in fridge and on grocery shelves that were expired in Dec 2015 but the majority of items had not expired. Reach in freezer next to store room door @ 0F. Walk in fridge @ 39F. Back room freezer @ 0F. Ice machine OK.Nestle stand up freezer @ -10F. Nestle chest freezer @ -15F. Generic ice cream stand up freezer @ -15F. Helados Ice Cream freezer @ -3F.*Ensure all units have working and conspiciously placed thermometers at all times.

    No violations noted at the time of reinspection- No spoiled or contaminated food observed.- In-house packaged product removed. Future product will contain a label with product name; expiration date and facility name; address and phone number.- Both freezers serviced and observed in working condition. Thermometer in each unit reads -10F and -8F; respectively.- Proper storage of ready-to-eat foods above raw product.- Ice machine was emptied and sanitized and observed to be much cleaner. Operator printed labels with facility name; address and phone number to label the bags for on-site sale of bagged ice.- Leak discovered in the bathroom and repaired. Suggest recaulking around the base of the toilet base.- Bathroom sink appropriately stocked with soap dispenser and sanitary disposible towels. Removed bar of soap (Corrected on site.)- Floors; walls and ceilings were cleaned and storage areas were organized. Expired product appears to have been discarded.- Light buld replaced in walk-in cooler.- Freezer units in both the front and the back storage area were thoroughly clean and put back into service.Thank you for your efforts in making all these corrections in a timely manner!!!
