- Operator storing a bottle of juice in the customer ice (food). Cooling ice must be physically separated from ice that is consumed by the public in order to prevent contamination of the food. (Corrected on-site).- Operator is keeping some potentially hazardous foods (tomato juice) in the small black residential reach in cooler. This cooler is not designed or approved to hold potentially hazardous foods but may be used for cooling shelf stable foods or glasses. (Corrected on-site).

Install a thermometer in the 2-door top load reach-in cooler. All coolers must hold potentially hazardous food product at 40F or less.

No chemical test strips available for testing the sanitizer water. Provide the appropriate strips for the type of chemical being used. Makeup quatenary ammonia based sanitizer water at 200ppm and chlorine based at 50-100ppm.

1/2 of the compressor in the walk-in cooler is currently covered with a solid block of ice and is dripping into a bus tub below. This indicates a problem with the condensate drain system. Have this unit repaired and the condensate drain line serviced in order to ensure proper cooling and prevent water from dripping onto the floor or into containers.

Install a light in the room (has cleaning supply cabinet) adjacent to the back patio. There was no working light in this area at the time of inspection.

Home style refrigerators still have boxes of sausages. Push cart at back of establishment is not to be operated until next year Push cart previously approved under permit #F090155. Sausage boxes to be removed from establishment soon per staff. Home style refrigerators are not be used for bar service operations; Facilty has one walk-in cooler in basement. All food and beverage products must be stored in walk-in cooler or other NSF rated refrigeration equipment.Operator may cancell permit for push cart before next season. If push cart is operated next season; it must be done so as to conform to mobile food / push cart regulations or permit may be suspended or revoked.
