Open packages and empty packages found mixed in with pre-packaged candies. Immediately remove all empty and opened packages from candy shelving and discard. Ensure shelves are checked for opened and empty packages on a regular basis.

Both restrooms still need additional cleaning. Ensure restrooms are stocked with hand soap at all times.

Floors still dirty. Per operator; canister vacuum is on order; but has not yet been received. Floors must be thoroughly cleaned to prevent vermin attraction and maintain sanitary conditions.

None of the violations noted on the initial inspection have been corrected with the exception of the labeling of all chemical bottles. As a result; a re-inspection fee will be assessed to the facility and a second re-inspection will be conducted on 3/16/09. Please be advised that failure to correct the above violation within the time frame provided could result in permit suspension.
