General Comments that relate to this Inspection The following to be completed prior to permit issuance:- Provide food grade scoops with handles for bulk ingredients.- Provide chemical test strips for sanitizing water- Provide a standpipe or container insert for the dipper well- Install a NSF thermometer in the freezer. Hold at 0F for freezers; 41F or less for coolers.- Install tough skin bulbs where unshielded or some sort of light shield/cover over the two exposed can lights.NOTES:- No bare hand contact with ready to eat foods per regulation- The merchandizer is designed to hold commercially pre-packaged unopened foods only.
