All hand washing sinks must remain unobstructed and accessible during operation to ensure proper hand washing.This is a dedicated handsink and must be used for handwashing only. Handsinks must be located within 25 visible feet of any food service operation. The handsink in the bathroom does not count. Please label the handsink in the bar as a "handsink only" sink. * Corrected on site. Handsink properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels.

One compartment is used as a dump sink. Do not allow employees to wash hands at 4 compartment sink. Hands to be washed at handsinks. Hands must be washed at handsink in bar area after using restroom. Reviewed with operator proper handwashing techniques.

Opening Inspection:Facility must complete the following items prior to starting operations (Opening Reinspection required):All refrigeration units must be operating and maintain 40F or below for dairy products.Install thermometers in all reach-in refrigeration systems.Install soap and sanitary towel dispensers in restrooms and handsink in bar area.Provide chemical test kits for quatinary ammonia (sanitizer tabs) used at three-compartment sink.Clean and sanitize all surfaces with 50-100ppm chlorine (approximately 1 cap of bleach per gallon of water).Install small waste container with a lid in women's restroom.Post (NRS 446 Health Warning).
