    Opening Inspection:Facility is approved as a (risk category 3 restaurant) and approved for operations with the following conditions:1)Move all equipment in kitchen and clean soil/debris under equipment.2)Clean all floor drains and pipes under dishwasher.3)Purchase chlorine test strips to monitor dishwasher chlorine levels and sanitizer buckets.4)Repair all cracked/damaged floor tiles to ensure a cleanable surface.5)Repair burned out lights in food preparation area.Reminded staff to practice no bare hand contact with ready-to-eat fruits and vegetables.
