Repair unit to maintain 140 degreees F or below to prevent bacteria growth.Observed in hot holding unit burritoes; egg roll at temps of 115 - 125 f. Doors of hot holding unit were open. Unit has been turned up and doors shut. Corrected onsite. Discussed food temps with owner of store.

Repair unit to maintain 140 degreees F or below to prevent bacteria growth.Corn dogs temped at 134 f; burritoes 130 -145 f. All food must be held at temps above 140 f. Food heated to proper temps - corrected onsite.
[2] Food (ice) contact surfaces: designed; constructed; maintained; installed; located Ice machine cover falls off when opening. Cover needs to be repaired. Correct by 3/22/13.
[4] Number; convenient; accessible; designed; installed Handsink and 3 compartment sink does not have hot running hot water. Handsink must have hot water to ensure proper handwash for snack area prep. *3 compartment sink does not have hot water - hot water must be working to properly was utensils and cookware. Sprayer must be replaced. Sprayer is in bad condition and does not spray properly. Must be corrected by 3/22/13. Simmer food mart # 2's health permit is closed to history. NASFFB's permit F130083 will be suspended until items above are corrected. This permit will not be ok'd for openinhg inspection. So food preparation for deli will be suspended until sinks have hot water and Health Authority signs off.
