General Comments that relate to this Inspection Opening Inspection:Facility is approved for operations as a (risk category 1 grocery store) with the following conditions:Replace customer microwave; unit is damaged and no longer smooth and easily cleanable.Replace any damaged soap and sanitary towel dispensers.Deep clean restrooms.Organize hot-holding display unit so thermostat can be adjusted to monitor hot-holding and ensure a minimum hot-holding of food at 140F. (case should hold at approximately 160F to keep food at 140F and above)Clean all floor drains; some observed with debris/soil.
