Floor ok but behind and underneath equipment is very dirty; make sure to clean nightly and a major cleaning other than that. Make sure to hit all floor sinks at that time.

Hot water at back hand sink is not getting hot enough. Repair unit to produce water at a minium of 100F (may be an issue with instant hot water heater). Hand sink at bar is adequate for now.
