Observed large amounts of unused equipments; tools; parts; etc throughout warehouse. Remove unnecessary items.

Notes:Facility stores candy; drinks; sandwiches and fruit for vending machines.No repackaging of food is done.-all refrigeration and freezer units checked ok; product at 40F and below-food stored ok-chemicals labeled and properly stored-restrooms clean and stocked-discussed first in; first out and recall procedures with no issues noted-discussed transport of potentially hazardous foods; Recommend keeping transport temperature logs to verify that all potentially hazardous foods are kept at the proper temperature (40F and below) during transport. Left log with operator.-dumpster area ok-no pest issues noted at time of inspection-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
