Ok to issue permit to operate.Noted hand sink in processing area and in restrooms stocked and functional.Walk-in freezer to be selaed to adjacent wall on both ends with closure strips by 3/9/2012.Risk category 3 assigned; Facility requires to have minimum of one Certified Food Protection Manager on staff full time. Facility in compliance with this requiremenmt as of this date. CFPM Brandon D. Crowell.Plans to open on 3/18/2012.
