General Comments that relate to this Inspection NOTES:INSPECTION FOR THE ADDITION OF HOT DOG ROLLER AND NACHO MACHINE.THIS FACILTIY HAS RECEIVED A VARIANCE FROM THE CITY OF RENO ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL FOR THE REQUIREMENT OF NEEDING A GREASE INTERCEPTOR.BECAUSE OF THE VARIANCE THIS FACILITY WILL HAVE A VERY RESTRICTED MENU. NO 3-COMPARTMENT SINK OR DISHWASHER IS ALLOWED. ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE CLEANED IN PLACE WITH DISPOSABLE PAPERTOWELS AND SANITIZER. NO WASHING OF EQUIPMENT; TONGS; ETC. IN SINGLE COMPARTMENT SINK. THIS FACILITY MUST NOT EXPAND FOOD MENU TO ANY PREPPING OF FOOD; OPEN FOOD CONTAINER.
