Change in OwnershipThe following items must be completed prior to final approval:1) Silicone the top edge of the hand sink; mop sink and employee restroom hand sink to the walls.2) Repaint any damaged areas with exposed raw wood (e.g. counter tops; counter shelving; wainscoating next to the front hand sink; etc.)3) Replace the acoustical ceiling tile with vinyl coated washable type tile in all open food areas and in utensil/dish washing areas. Replace any ceiling tiles that are missing.4) Repair the non-working fan in the employee restroom.5) Install toe kick where missing (@ employee side of front counter); paint; seal or base cove to the floor.6) Seal the cracks in the counters (where two separate counters are joined).7) Replace the unistrut support in the front area with acrylic block support.8) Paint or seal the concrete floor in the utensil wash room.9) Install a transition strip at the tile/concrete junction.10) Seal the holes in the toe kick/paint and seal or base cove to the floor (by desk in back room).11) Repair; remove or replace the base cove pulling off the cabinet in the back room (under the desk).12) Install a dedicated hand washing sink in the back room.13) Clean all areas as necessary. Recommend a PCO be contracted to treat the facility prior to moving in food and equipment and after all cleaning operations have been perfored.Please call Mike Lupan @ 328-2425 to schedule a final opening inspection.
