If found serving hot dogs or any other food products facility will have its health permit (bar) temporary suspended. Owner indicated hot dogs are not sold - only for their softball league. Food removed.

All items noted on the previous inspection (dated 8-19-2010) have been corrected/completed.OK TO ISSUE PERMIT TO OPERATE.NOTES:- All hand washing sinks in the bar and the restrooms must be stocked with soap and paper towels at all times during operation.- When making up sanitizer water; the tablets are quatenary ammonia based and require ammonia test strips. Ammonia based sanitizing solution should be made up at 200ppm on the test strip or per manufacturer's labeled instructions. When using bleach (chlorine) makeup at 50-100ppm on the chlorine test strips. Chlorine strips are available for use. Do not use the ammonia based sanitizer until test strips are provided to ensure proper concentrations.
