The following items were inspected:Reach in @ 40f3 compartment sink operational with no leaksbar area cleanFloors and counters were cleanClean out ice machine. Ice machine appears to be dirty on the inside and has some rust from where an internal panel was removed. The panel was recently removed due to failure; ensure when repairing equipment all materials are cleaned prior to returning to service.

All items corrected at time of re-inspection. Thank you;.Notes:Ice Machine and condensate drain lines to reach in reefers all drain to a pit in the basement. Observed adequate air gap. The pit in the basement has a sump pump that is not in good repair. Facility shall repair or replace sump pump in the pit to prevent any backflow due to flooding and or ice machine failure back into the ice machine by 06/20/10. Operator is to call health inspector when sump pump has been repaired to be operational at 328-2682. A reinspection is required.OK to operate; OK to issue health permit.

The following items must be corrected prior to permit approval:1) The ice machine must indirectly drain to a floor sink. Observed ice machine in back storage room not plumbed to drain properly. 2) Carpet in back storage room to be replaced with flooring that is in good repair and preferably non absorbent; smooth and easily cleanable. 3) Provide strip lighting under 3 compartment sink.4) Clean and refinish rusted shelving in reach in beer cooler. Repair or replace worn gaskets at all doors in reach in beer cooler. 5) Secure all Carbon Dioxide tanks (soda tanks) to wall with chain in back storage room and next to bag in the box soda system. Notes:All cold holding units recorded under 40 F.Handsinks properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels.Facility shall consider replacing worn and torn carpet in bar seating area. Observed carpet rippling and held down in several places with duct tape.A reinspection is required.
