    One energy drink can noted stored in ice in ice bin. Do not store any objects except for a scoop with its handle above the ice to prevent contamination of ice; corrected on site.

    Quats test strips for sanitizer used in 3-compartment sink could not be found. Keep test strips available at all times for monitoring of proper santizer level in 3-compartment sink.

    Clean bar back cabinet's interior of dust build-up; clean back bar counter top under rubber mats for glass storage of dust and sticky residue. Clean interiorr of keg cooler of liquid spills.
  • [1] Floors; constructed; drained; clean; good repair; covering installation; dustless cleaning methods
    Clean floor of build-up of trash and sticky residue and soda spills under ice machine; at both sides of water heater; under 3-compartment sink and behind carbonator on fvloor under sink; and under bag-in-box soda rack.

    Alcohol warning sign not found posted. Provided copy of sign to staff. Keep sign posted conpicuosly to patrons as required.

    Hand sink in bar and restrooms found stocked nad functional.Thermometer of keg cooler where one quart of hall-half found stoed at 50 F. Half-half relocated to other refrigerator. Keep half-half under refrigeration at 40 F or below; provide refrigerator with thermometetr where half & half is stored.Bar tender observed smoking behind bar. Employees may smoke in designated areas only away from bar service are and must wash hands before resuming bar service activities.

    Clean shelves inside of liquor stoirage cabinet. Clean counter under rubber mats where glasses are kept.

    Quats sanitizer concentration tested slightly under 200 ppm in 3-compartment sink; keep santizer concentration between 200 and 400 ppm.Employees are not allowed to smoke behind bar as this is a food service area. Employees must wash hands after smoking upon returning to bar.Bar hand sink nad restroom hand sinks found stocked and functioning properly.
