    Thermometer missing in cold holding unit. Ensure all refrigeration and freezer units are stocked with a conspicuously placed thermometer in order to monitor unit temperature. Observed missing thermometers at both reach in icecream bunkers. Discussed with operator to defrost ice cream bunkers of heavy ice buildup and provide thermometers that are located in a conspicous spot of cold holding freezer unit.

Please replace the few missing floor tiles in back of grocery store so floor is smooth and easily cleanable.
