Operator cleans every 3 months.Proper storage of ice scoop.Bar gun and holder observed clean.Handsinks properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposeable towels.Bathrooms observed clean and stocked. Outdoor garbage area observed clean.Chlorine sanitizer recorded at 100 ppm. Do get new chlorine test kit. Bar serves incidental foods such as chips and goldfish crackers. All food served in paper boats for individual customers. Bar is clean and organized. Please remove all crockpots and food service equipment for cooking from premise. Discussed with operator private parties where food may be served and operating within scope of bar permit. Incidental foods may be served in bar that is smoking bar and age restricted. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in bar.

Observed quat test strips unuseable do to entire test kit being exposed to sanitizer. Please investigate cold water side at 2 compartment sink. No cold water at cold water side.
