No Certified Food Protection Manager required.Mobile food depot location at 1385 Gault Way. (residential)Mobile food truck is permitted for commerically pre-packaged ice-cream only. No food preparation of any type allowed on this truck.Truck shall be connected to electricity at all times to maintain 0 degrees in the freezer chest.Route location to occur on Rock Blvd.
