Observed bean sprouts with a "must be refrigerated" label being held on the floor while stocking. Product was temped at 59F by placing the thermocouple between two bags of sprouts. Manager said the product had been out on the retail floor for approximately 45 minutes; but that product occasionaly comes in out of temperature. *Ensure products that are to be maintained refrigerated are placed in the cooler upon receipt and that refrigerated product remains in the refrigerator until ready to be properly placed in the cool storage on the retail floor. Violation was corrected during the inspection.

Observed back storage area overflowing with merchandise and is not accessible to conduct a proper inpsection. Observed food on floor in this area as well. This area needs to be thoroughly organized in order to properly view all product and to ensure all food is able to be properly stored upon receipt. This item will be reinspected in 30 days.Observed ice and other boxes being stored on floor in freezer. All food product must be stored 6" off floor at all times. This item will be reinspected in 48 hours.

Observed men's restroom without a sink. Employees must be able to wash their hands after utilizing the restrooms at ALL times. Restroom closed during inspection and operator will repair. Women's restroom converted to a coed restroom. This item will be reinspected in 48 hours.Observed sanitary napkin containers in women's restroom taped shut and not usable. Women's restrooms must have a trash can with a lid for sanitary napkin disposal at all times. Current containers may utilized or new containers may be placed in the stalls for use. Either way; the tape should be removed from the current containers as it harbors bacteria. This item will be reinspected in 48 hours.

Observed various items out of date in dry goods display shelves and in walk in fridge. Facility should make a concerted effort to rotate stock and discard out of date product.No evidence of mice or other vermin during inspection. Facility has a Pest Control Operator on contract.
