Another volunteer - Cynthia Irwin has ServSafe but needs to register with Washoe County.*Facility not in operation at time of inspection; only minimal product available. During 2012; the lack of snow led to intermittent weekends and no inspection during operations was conducted. Operation for 2013 is projected for opening mid Jan and running for 8 weeks. However; operations may expand to more days during the year under current plans.**Pest control program mentioned above must be in place PRIOR to opening facility. Impacted areas need to be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. Program must include - monitoring; sealing of access points; and elimination of any current pests.

**Facility is closed due to fire. While fire did NOT impact kitchen; operator has decided to keep facility completely closed until construction repairs are made. Upon re-opening; facility must have one full time Certified Food Manager (old manager's certificate is expired). spoke with Bill Henderson on phone about situation and informed him of requirement.
