**This facility was opened once at the beginning of the season and then based on business levels; it was decided that it would not be used for the rest of the year. No food product is in facility and nothingis being used.**Facility does require a minimum of one full time Certified Food Manager when in operation. Discussed with operator. Britney White has Servsafe through Washoe County instructor; but did not register with Washoe County. She will register prior to any re-opening of facility next season.
