Inspector would like to go over menu items; verfiy a temporary handwash is in place; and verify a Certified Food Protection Manager is in place.Ensure at least one employee completes an approved ServSafe course and registers with Washoe County Health District if facility opens.(note: no water supply to this facility; located at top of mountain)

**Facility is not expected to be used in 2013; as volunteer who ran it is busy. Explained to operator that if operation is going to start up; facility needs to have an inspection PRIOR to operation.Also explained to operator that if in the future; operations expand out past the normal 8 weekends a year and occasional use; a second Certified Food Manager would be required.

One teaspoon bleach to one gallon of water is sufficient to make 50-100ppm bleach solution for cloths.**Certified Food Manager not required - facility qualifies for seasonal sports exemption.

**Facility is closed due to fire. While fire did NOT impact kitchen; operator has decided to keep facility completely closed until construction repairs are made. Upon re-opening; facility must have one full time Certified Food Manager (old manager's certificate is expired). spoke with Bill Henderson on phone about situation and informed him of requirement.
