General Comments that relate to this Inspection Violations noted on the previous inspection (dated 10-1-15) have been corrected except for those relisted above.OBSERVATIONS:- Iodine test strips must be provided- Operator/owner will schedule for a CFPM class at the end of October- Dish machine tested and operating at 100ppm chlorine residual. OK to utilize the machine for washing and sanitizing customer drinkware.- Wash down hose is disconnected and will continue to be disconnected when not in use to prevent damage to the vacuum breaker.- All food (hops; etc.) not in impervious containers was off the floor at the time of re-inspection.
