General Comments that relate to this Inspection The following items must be corrected by 1/30/16: - Completely remove the 4 way chemical dispenser near hand sink as it is no longer being used. - Have Ecolab properly connect 2 way chemical dispenser over three compartment sink to water line from hand sink; ensuring water line does not hang below drain line from hand sink and a Y valve is not present. - Remove plastic sheeting around drain line for three compartment sink. If water splashes once the plastic is removed the drain line may be extended toward the floor sink to prevent splashing. If extended ensure a proper air gap remains. - Repair or remove non functioning ice cream display freezer in front snack bar area. The following items must be corrected by March 1; 2016: - Replace broken sections of floor in front of hand sink ensuring all seams are smooth and easily cleanable. - Replace all three homestyle refrigerators with commercial NSF Units. The freezer portion of homestyle units may still be utilized for storing items but they must be in good working condition and able to hold 0F or below. - Repair non functioning electrical outlet behind microwave to eliminate a need for extension cord. - Ensure one full time breakfast staff member is certified as a Certified Food Protection Manager. CFPM quit 12/29/15 so facility given 60 days to fulfill this requirement. Information left with operator on how to obtain CFPM certification.
