No violations noted at time of inspection.Facility currently not hot holding any hot dogs (due to spring break holiday). Hot dogs are only stocked for lunch time (approx 11am-2pm). Any items left at the end of the 3 hours are discarded. Tongs are cleaned at the end of the 3 hours.-hand sink stocked-gloves in use - discussed proper glove use with no issues noted-hot dogs are cooked from frozen to 165F-termperature logs kept-3 compartment sink and test strips available-food properly stored-chemicals labeled and properly stored-restrooms clean and stocked-discussed first in; first out with no issues noted-discusses recall procedures with no issues noted-no pest issues noted at time of inspection-dumpster area clean-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
