Observed display for sandwiches and dairy with ambient air temperature of 44-48F. Food is all prepackaged - temped between packages at 45-48F. Per operator logs; unit temped at 39F at 10am. Food removed to walk in unit in Raley's grocery store. Repair or replace unit to hold all potentially hazardous foods at 40F or below. Do not use unit until it has been repaired and verified that it is holding at 40F and below.
