General Comments that relate to this Inspection Opening Inspection:Facility is approved for operations as a (risk category 1; grocery health permit) with the following conditions:Replace freezer in back of store; unit is no longer smooth and easily cleanable.Facility shall install thermometers in all cold-holding units with hazardous food products (dairy; sandwiches; lunch meats etc) Unit must maintain temperature of 41F or below at all times.Facility shall replace damaged floor tiles in restroom and a few in grocery area; floor must be smooth and easily cleanable.Health Permit and business license will be approved when all corrections complete.
