Observed dairy fridge holding @ 50F. This unit needs to be serviced to hold @ 40F or dairy must be stored in same fridge as hot dogs. This item will be reinspected in 48HRS. Dairy shall not be stored in this unit until it is reinspected.

OK to issue permit until 5/13/15 at which time the following items must be corrected: - Install a thermometer inside fridge being used to store hot dogs. - Replace burned out light bulbs inside fridge used to store hot dogs. - Ensure a stem thermometer is on site in order for staff to check hot holding. Facility is just serving hot dogs at this facility. Tongs are being stored in a metal container and will be sanitized in bar dishwasher every four hours. Facility has glove or tongs policy for handling buns and cooked hot dogs.

Observed no designated hand sink as both sinks are being utilized as dump sinks. Sink near hot dog roller needs to be designated as hand sink and must be stocked with soap and paper towel dispensers within the next 7 days. Staff temporarily stocked it during inspection.

Ice machine clean. Speed guns clean. Consumer ice separate from storage ice. Dishwasher dispensing @ 50 ppm Chlorine. Facility is serving hot dogs from this bar. This activity voluntarily discontinued until hand sink is permanetly stocked with soap and paper towels. Facility may also need to apply for a snack bar permit. Health inspector will contact operator with final decision.
