Notes:-facility had all prepackaged items -walk in at 38F-open display - cheese at 41F; thermometer shows 32F-small reach in at 32F; burritos at 37F-half and half dispenser at 32F-microwave clean-facility is clean and well maintained-ice properly labeled-food properly stored; dates checked ok; discussed first in; first out procedures with no issues noted-chemicals properly labeled and stored-restrooms clean and stocked-dumpster ok-land lord has pest control operator; no pest issues noted at time of inspection-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
