No evidence of pests. PCO on contract. *Remove y valve from Mop Sink and replace with quick disconnect or only hook up chemical dispenser or hose- not both.*Floors in mop sink area starting to wear- reseal or repaint within next year so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

- [4] Facilities to maintain product temperature
Trough freezer thermometer reads -7F but food is only at 32F. Operator said one section of unit was not working properly so all food was pulled fro the unit section. Units read from 20f-35F. If unit is not holding temp all food needs to be pulled and kept at 0F; operator began doing this during inspection. Operator said maintenance is coming tomorrow to look at unit. If units cannot be repaired and cannot hold temperature; units must be replaced.

Observed ice formation on the ceiling of the walk-in freezer and dripping from the fan. Do not store food or product under area where ice is dripping from fan unit. Bottom panel of fan is loose and needs to be re connected to unit. Need to have unit repaired or replaced to inhibit ice formation.
