Observed dishwasher not dispensing sanitizer solution as container was completely empty. Facility did not have extra solution on hand so a bottle of Clorox Bleach was used and unit was primed and dispensing 100ppm chlorine prior to end of inspection. Facility should maintain daily sanitizer logs of dishwasher to ensure unit is always dispensing proper solution.
