Observed frozen chicken in grocery bags and frozen fish unpackaged loose in the freezer. Grocery bags are not approved for packaging material. Must protect food items during storage to prevent contamination. Contact discussed how to sell frozen meat to customers. If facility wishes to sell frozen food it must be individually packaged and labeled. Facility is no permitted as a meat market and cannot package or sell individually frozen meat or fish unless they are individually packaged and labeled from origin. All meat that was in grocery bags was moved to an area away from customer sale - corrected on site.

Opening Inspection:Walk in cooler @ 40 f. Restrooms - ok. Mop sink (utility sink) - ok. Floors; Walls; and ceiling - ok. All food products prepackaged items.Installing new water heaters for handsink and mop sink in 2 weeks. Will follow up. **Add trim on back of walk in cooler.
